Your sim's gardening efforts and use of yard space will be much better served by planting a dragon fruit plant (you can download from my gallery) and making thousands of dollars per harvest of them. I didn't know sims would actually eat them if you tell them to! EYou could use them for fish bate, but you can also use other fruits, veggies, herbs, etc. Hahaha) I would say, in my experience, the only upside of a trash plant is at least it's fruit that didn't fester and become an unmovable 'glitched' item on the ground (I've had that in the past - no fun. I think it's mainly a joke ( like that the dog poo makes good fertilizer, but it is not an option to use it to fertilize with. They are basically worthless and a waste fo your efforts/time to water, and the space they take up. Trash left on the yard will turn into a trash plant and make trash fruit.
